The location in a shopping area was excellent and perfect and there were a main shopping street and shopping streets nearby. Located in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were extremely friendly and excellent. Loved the tidy and compact guest room with bathroom and the way it was setup.

The staff were attentive and highly courteous and offered us a well-equipped room with a comfy bed. The hotel had magnificent location short walk to the underground station, and Opera and 5 from Underground.

Had quite comfortable stay even for a short business trip and the weather was warm. The hotel's location was incredible, short walk to the main pedestrian street with lots of stores. 01. Innere Stadt district was worth exploring.

The hotel is perfectly located near the Vienna Motor Symposium, Hofburg, and other important sites in Vienna. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, providing temporary access to the laundry facilities. The breakfast offers a simple yet excellent quality selection.
